This writer has had the bounty of spending many years in Africa, serving at times as Secretary and at times as Treasurer on various Bahá'í institutions and committees. Herein is an attempt to share some of this experience, particularly to address the growing need to exploit IT services and the Internet potential. The content within is a modest attempt to make these choices transparent and the transition easier to understand and to implement.
